Audio Visual
Possessing an impressive integrated audio-visual system, the ECC offers total presentation control. The following audio visual is included in your daily room rental:
- Ceiling mounted HD 5,000 lumen, 16:10 format projector and screen
- Flexible connection with either VGA or HDMI connection
- Integrated presentation laptop computer (Windows operating system)
- Voice reinforcement and stereo audio systems
- Microphones (podium, wireless lavaliere and handheld)
- Built-in room teleconferencing system
- Wireless slide advancer with built-in laser pointer for presentations
- Flipchart package
- Digital Room Signage
- Wireless Internet

CATERING
As part of the meeting room rental package, the ECC provides morning and afternoon refreshments as well as all day beverage service (coffee, tea, sodas, and water). It is our mission to provide the best possible culinary offerings. We are pleased to offer Root and Stem Catering as our preferred caterer. Root and Stem is the first caterer ever to receive REAL Verification by the U.S. Healthful Food Council for their efforts to provide healthy, local, sustainable foods for their clients. They are familiar with the ECC’s regulations regarding events in our facilities and are flexible with any meeting budget.

STAFF
Our Conference Planning Team and ECC staff work side-by-side to offer a truly unique “one-stop-shop” approach for meeting and conference planning. It is our teams’ mission to focus on providing a venue & audiovisual equipment that will exceed expectations. Our dedicated team will provide pre-event consultation, event flow design, and vendor coordination; event day facility & AV support; and post-event wrap up.
